- Established in 1987 Men's USA targets Low, middle and upper-middle income men by offering quality merchandise at everyday low prices. Because we concentrate on men's "wear-to-work" business attire which is characterized by infrequent and more predictable fashion changes, we believe we are not as exposed to trends typical of more fashion-forward apparel retailers, where significant markdowns and promotional pricing are more common. In addition, because this inventory mix includes "business casual" merchandise, we are able to meet demand for such products resulting from the trend over the past decade toward more relaxed dress codes in the workplace. We also tend to cater to people who are looking for something unique to wear by stocking hard to find exotic shoes and zoot suits for your needs - regardless if you need it for a party, an event or movie shoot.

I purchased a suit that needed alterations. The store does alterations and sells suits. I said to myself, "I try Suit Boutique."
I made the correct choice. Here is the best store and staffed professionals with excellent knowledge in men's suits. Joe and Alen are experts. Joe knew what he was doing when he asked me to put on the suit to begin the alterations. He asked me questions, he told me information about suits, and made sure I was comfortable. He told me what needed to be altered and what didn't need to be altered.
I came back two days later. Joe and Alen asked if I wanted to try the altered suit. Obviously I said yes. It was smart for the customer to try the altered suit before paying. Perfect alteration. Suit Boutique did a good job. They even gave me extra service by pressing my dress shirt.

Great store, fantastic folks and an exemplary product. It is SO nice to be able to view the selection in person vs online. Check it out, you won't be disappointed!

This service at this place was really good. They are quick, and even though these are not the most expensive suits in the world by any means, they have class.
I got my current job after shopping with them, so I set aside the cuff links as my lucky cuff links. I will wear them when I need to go to a venture capitalist to start my first business someday. They help you out without being snooty about it, they have pretty good taste, and you won't be completely impoverished after you walk out. Good.

If you are buying a suit, this should be your first destination. I bought my first real suit from Harry and it was an experience that was so much more pleasurable. I felt that the salesmen were just trying to make a sale, but Harry wants you to look good and he wants to know why your getting a suit and what you're all about to better pick one for you.
The only flaw with Harry is that his selection of slim fitting suits is not as big as for other sizes. Harry deserves your business way more than the mega-corporations do and he's earned it from me.

Much Better selection and great variety. All the men looked great. The prices were reasonable. Also they have good deals you just have to ask.

"I ran into Mensusa on Tuesday the 25th to get a suit for an awards celebration at my office. I needed the suit by the 27th to wear to work.
I went in, had an awesome salesman. Told him my price cap was $250 and he stayed below that and didn't push me to go over. I picked one out, tried it on, the tailor came by and measured me to tailor the pants. I asked if I could have it the next night and was told "not a problem at all."
I came back the next night, tried it on again, it fit perfectly and took it home. I had a fantastic experience and will go back to them again anytime!"

I have been shopping at MensUSA for a year now. At first when I received my merchandise it was the right size and I liked what I got. But then a few weeks ago I ordered a suit and a topcoat. I was waiting patiently for the package, but it was never delivered to me. I tried calling and calling and finally got someone and they told me that my merchandise was sent back to the MensUSA because they couldn't deliver to international addresses. But that doesn't make sense since everything I ordered was delivered internationally. It has been a month now and I still haven't received my merchandise. It has gotten so bad that I got a lawyer involved. Bottom line go somewhere where the customer service is better and you will be treated with more respect. This company has gone straight to hell! I will not ever buy anything from them ever again and I will not recommend anyone to purchase anything from them. Don't even waste your time.

I agree with the Zakk D. on this one, that if you don't dress well, you don't get the service.
A pair of suspenders for my suit broke right before I was to get dressed, and I was in a hurry. I race down there in a pair of shorts, gym shoes, and an undershirt, and what looked like the entire staff (No one in suits on the floor) just stared at me as I went to the rack. I knew exactly what I needed, and was in a hurry, but they all continued their conversation (Even with me standing at the counter) until I asked if I was going to get any service. If I had known of another place to get suspenders, I would've skipped over this particular trip, but now I know not to go in there.

I cannot believe that anyone would rate a suit from mens warehouse more than 2 stars.
THEY ARE VERY CHEAP SUITS

Great selection, and a great history in other locations - but these guys botched my "2-for-1" suit purchase several times. Been to the store five times now and still don't have my second suit. Never hooked me up either. For a $50 purchase, sure - but when I drop over $700, I expect better than this. Should have offered to tailor the second suit on the house or offered me a shirt or tie or 10% off or SOMETHING. The two stars is generous.

I'm a young professional, so while I have my "work clothes" and my street clothes, that doesn't make me any less of a shopper!
I have found that going in there in jeans and a polo will not get me the same service that I receive in slacks and a shirt. On general principle, that is not how a store that preaches customer service should treat people going there to spend money on well price and decently made clothing.
I'm a firm believer in voting with your dollars, and unless I'm in a pinch (their tailoring services are very fast), I go elsewhere.

So, I had this sweet Hugo Boss suit I bought from Nordstrom, which happened to be my only suit. Then, somehow I decided to wash and dry the pants. Ruined. With two weddings coming up in the near future, I found myself checking out the MensUSA, because I missed the men's sale at Nordstrom.
Well, my style consultant, aka girlfriend tagged along with me, because all I am is arm candy, so she gives the ultimate approval. She was concerned about the "fashion" or lack there of at an establishment like this. Let's just say the style is mature. This is, after all, where my dad buys suits.
Unlike others' experiences, I personally received great service, even though I'm a...young professional...ya that's the ticket. I was wearing jeans and flip flops, but seemed to be swarmed by people wanting to sell me stuff. I was greeted with a firm handshake and taken directly to the suits in my size.
Despite my gf's concerns, I was able to find a nice flat-front suit. The price was definitely much cheaper than Nordstrom. The playing field seemed to level out once we got to the alteration.
So, apparently if you wear a 48 long jacket, you're supposed to be 8 ft tall and weigh 400lbs, because the arms were the only part of this suit that didn't need alteration. I felt like a kid in my dad's suit, when I tried on the pants. So, I needed 5 cuts to make the suit fit. And they charged for every cut. That's shady to me. It's like oh, you want this suit to fit, bam 150 extra bucks. Nobody tells you this before you ring up. BTW, Nordstrom does not charge for alteration.
This seems like a high-stakes hustle for the sales people, because they do a major hard-sell on the accessories. I found them a little bummed that I wouldn't buy any of their shirts, ties, socks, or shoes. I found the salesman a little rude to my girlfriend who was poo-pooing his shirt selections.
When I came back to pick up my suit, I was very happy with the alteration job they did. It fits me perfectly.
So, suits are pretty cheap, but they get you on the alteration. They really make you feel like a man and call you Mister. I don't like the alteration fees, but they do a damn good job. Salesmanship is pretty intense, which made me feel a little uncomfortable, because I don't have 1000 bucks to blow. So basically, you give and you get, but ideally, I wouldn't shop here.

I have always been a big fan of MensUSA because of their service, quality, and great suits.
I have a new job, requiring me to wear suits on a daily basis, so I came in knowing it wasn't going to be a cheap trip. Once we walked in, I was greeted in just a few moments by Dan. He came over, and got down to business- asking what this was for, and gave some great advice on how to pick out and wear suits so they look their best. Now, they were having their BOGO sale- and so I picked out four new suits- all of which I am very happy with. The one's I was most happy with was their own brands (Joseph & Tommy, and Bevan Uomo). The suits fit well in the right places, and are of a high quality. My last suit (purchased at a different MensUSA, in Irvine, CA) was a Pronto Uomo- and lasted FOREVER- and got quite a few compliments.
Now, they had a great sale going on, so they brought over a bunch of shirts and ties, suckering me into some BOGO shirts and BOGO accessories (suspenders and socks). But- In the end, very happy I got them- because they all go well together.
Overall- VERY pleased. While everything here is expensive, it is not poor quality. The suits last a long time, and don't tend to go out of style. I love their 'perfect fit' promo- because it got me another $150 in vouchers for whatever else I need.
I can't emphasize enough- the experience was made great by Daniel's great service, and attention to detail.

My fiance previously had good luck buying a suit here, they even took his old one that no longer fit back for a discount on his new suit.
Given that and the deal we got at a bridal fair, we ended up choosing Mensusa for our wedding tuxes. While somewhat disappointed that they didn't have the tuxes in-store to try on and look at, they did let us try on similar suit coats.
They were quite patient while we mulled over vests, and gave their opinons but without being pushy.
It would have been nice to see the ties that go with the vests, but otherwise a pleasant experience.
