Mauricios'appliances Repair

This place is unprofessional and a scam. They sold us a broken dryer and when we complained, they sent out a repairman, Kenrick, who didn't only spend more time trying to flirt than to repair, but who also assured us that the dryer isn't broken. We had two other electricians over afterwards, who both confirmed the dryer is broken. Don't buy from this place.

At first the experience was ok, but get a second opinion, because what's broken might not be broken.

Most unprofessional place ever. Of course this place is a scam! They sold us a shotty fridge to begin with, we told them we want to return it (they of course have a no returns policy) but said they would pick it up and buy it back from us cheaper. We call to have them pick it up and they say they'll be there after 3. I call at 4:45 to see where he is and he is so rude saying how he already told my husband he'd be there and he's really busy doing something else, that he's not going to leave this $7,000 job to come get the fridge. Ok...I don't give a eff what you're doing. First of all, when you tell a customer that you'll be there at a certain time either be there or have the decency to call and say you're running late. SIX HOURS LATER he shows up and it takes every fiber of my being to not go off on this guy as he's saying who knows what about me calling him about where he is.



Stay clear away from this place and just spend the extra money buying a new appliance or getting it fixed somewhere else.

I just want to express how happy I am that I called Mauricios Appliances for service! They were great! Honest and affordable service! I will use them again!!

I went to mauricios appliances to purchase a refrigerator and the deal they gave me was awesome! they delivered it the same day. Great service and prices!

A good friend of mine recommended them to me being I was on a budget and asked where i could possible buy a few used appliances for cheap. I went to their location on Pico to check it out and Boy she was not kidding!! I got a great deal on a stove and refrigerator! not only that but they delivered for free and it came with a warranty!!! I will definetly recommend them to friends and family!!

Be very careful when u purchase things from these unproffessional ppl.bought a washer machine from them and got it delivered then they said they couldn't hook it up because I was trying to hook the machine up 2 my sink and he said it wouldn't work because he needed to do some drilling to make it work and that he would charge me $65 for installation and that he would be at my house on Monday @ 11am I said ok all I just want is my washer working if it dosent work then I'm going to request my money back.ok its Monday and its 11:47 what's going on?? He lied and said that the guy that came to deliver the washer something happened to him and started breaking down crying and I Told him that I'm sorry for what happend but I need my stuff up and running he told me to give him a few days because he has more important things to do. So little did he know I had my boyfriend call up there and schedule an appointment to get a refridgerater and the same guy that supposably something happened to that delivered my washer came and meet my boyfriend with another guy.sooo he was lieing to get me off the phone. Very unprofessional will get my money back and report them. Hell tell u hell call u l8r and never do u always have to call them.smh

I call Rubin to repair my dryer. Wow!!! I called him at 10am and he was here by 12 that was great. Rubin replace my coils and that was the end of my dryer not heating thanks thanks thanks!!!! Rubin you are great!!!!

My GE Refrigerator stop working it was not getting cold I call Mr. Rubin and he was out here within 30 to 45 min. Mr. Rubin replaced the control board and that did the job my refrigerator is still working good thanks for the help Rubin!!!!!!!!

I used this company to repair my washer and they did a great job. There prices are great and there service is # ONE!!!!!

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this p.o.s. store. Unprofessional to a T. They'll take your good broken fridge, give you a smaller cheaper fridge, and STILL manage to rip you off. SCAM.
