Ubaldo, Velvet, and Sasha from Resident Services were super helpful and nice. They made my living experience so much easier. They're the real ones.

The Lorenzo provides amazing CA's. Such a great experience!! I recommend to stay here because it's safe and a clean environment, as well.

It is wonderful to live at Lorenzo! Free food sometimes, lots of amazing activities, nice employees, I love here, join me! Yeah!

So far my experiences here have been great.
This place is very nice and has so many amenities, once I discovered it I stopped looking at other places in the area. 24 hour study rooms, multiple pools, furnished rooms, fitness rooms, it seems like the list is endless.
Robert from the leasing office was super helpful throughout the entire process of leasing and getting me in with my friend. Specific spots in the building aren't guaranteed, but Robert went above and beyond to do his best and make sure I can move into my friend's unit. Overall super helpful and patient since I literally had questions nonstop and he took the time to answer all of them over a two day period.

My son is a USC graduate student. I have to say that the pictures of the Lorenzo on the website accurately reflect this beautiful complex. Security appears more than adequate; my wife and I felt comfortable leaving our son here and heading back to the East Coast. The shuttle service to USC is working out great, as is, very importantly, the Central Kitchen; our son is not terribly at home in the kitchen. I was worried about the noise factor given the size of this facility--our son's program is very demanding--but thus far there have been no issues whatsoever. Edgar Lopez was very helpful in the signing on process, easily available by email or phone to field my numerous questions. At this point, I suspect my son may be sad to have to leave at the end of his year.

First time experience at Lorenzo with the resident services was amazing! Especially Velvet, she was super kind and very helpful with the whole experience. Make sure to ask for her!

I've been a resident here at the Lorenzo for 2 years now. In all honesty, it's a great place to live with all the amenities they offer here. Its perfect for students who attends USC and FIDM! Besides the amenities here, some of the staff here are super friendly. Especially Thomas, the director here. He's super chill and he's always trying to help in any way possible!

Ashely from resident services is awesome!! She made sure that our move in went smoothly and did everything she could help us out & accommodate us during the whole process. She always goes out of her way to help with any issues that come up & provides great resident services! Thank you!!!

Great amenities. I swam in the pool and tried out the sauna room. Conrad Christian and Luis Gonzalez helped me out a lot on answering my questions and showing me around. Great example of improvement in management in the complex.

I went to visit the lorenzo with my son who is moving in this fall. From the moment we went in we were greeted by security and leasing agent nelson. He was so cordial with us, answered all my annoying questions and gave us very honest helpful insight into his living experience in here. It was a very solid perspective. We are from Arizona so we are not very familiar with LA and nelson was very informative and very knowledgeable about the facility and the city. He helped me see how conveniently lorenzo was located in the city and how to get around town in the train. He even offered to show us how to buy a tap card; he just made me feel so much more comfortable about leaving my son here. My son will attend Los Angeles city college so it was nice taking the train with him and knowing how my son is gonna get to school was very important for me. He also familiarized us with the move in process and we are just excited for our son and know he is in good hands.

The lorenzo is awesome because they are really close to campus and all the utilities are included with your rent! that is a pretty sweet deal if you ask me! Second they have tasty tuesdays which is where all the residents get free food on tuesday which is also neat! Third they have 4 pools and 3 spa's one of the pools is on the roof which has a great view of downtown LA which is sooo nice! so i highly recommend this place to anyone whether your going to usc next year or next semester or you just want to live here because its convenient to literally everything !

If you're thinking about moving in here ask for leasing agent David Rodriguez. Easy and smooth business with him. He will really take care of you.

Five stars are for Sasha. Sasha always has a great attitude and she knows her stuff. Not only is she kind and helpful but you can tell that she truly wants to help - big difference. The Lorenzo is lucky to have someone dedicated to people like she is. Thank you Sasha for being "go to"!

Living here at The Lorenzo is so cool! They always throw cool events and always give out good food at tasty tuesdays! Another great part is all the amenities! The gyms are always so clean and the pools are so cool! I definitely recommend living here at The Lorenzo! Staff is always friendly and helpful and a staff member name Kevin was so chill! He informed about the events that I wasnt even aware of! He was a great resources for me. But overall lorenzo was great and also kevin(thank you kevin).

The Lorenzo is probably one of the best living experience I encountered. This place makes me feel like I'm in vacation. The Lorenzo has pools, gyms that are always clean, and even has an arcade. They give you access too many things!!! Which is the reason why I love this place. I recommend you guys to look into moving at the Lorenzos.

It's nice and safe place to live :) conveniently has a kitchen downstairs and staff members have been friendly and easy to communicate with.
