When I first started with RELC I was 9 months behind on my mortgage. I had talked to a number of other companies in the past that told me they could help but in reality they just took money from me with promises they couldn't keep. I was extremely nervous to sign up with this firm after I had been burned in the past however I had no choice and needed help because my bank would not work with me. I am so grateful I took a leap of faith and went with them because now my mortgage was brought back to current and taken out of foreclosure. My interest rate went down to 2.5% and my payments dropped a few hundred dollars. Hector was in communication with me throughout the entire process and eased my mind when I was on edge. The process took about 4 months from beginning to end but in the end I SAVED my home!!! Thank you guys for bearing with me and dealing with all of my questions and skepticism. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone having trouble with their lender.

We contacted Real Estate Law Center after we received a notice that our bank was foreclosing on our home. MAN! What a learning experience in real estate law, I only wish I had known of this office a year ago when the mortgage company was refusing to work with us. They informed us of all the cost's and have not added any expected fee's since. I can't say that about other law firm's. I appreciate all they are doing for us!
