Krest Family Dental

Krest Family Dental is the place to go if you need any dental procedures done. There office is very clean and they will work with you to help you get what you need done. I went in for my appt, and there was no wait time. When I say 3pm. 3pm it is. I love that. I had a wisdom tooth removed and a root canal done on the same day. Why come back and endure pain twice? I asked and they said "if you want them done on the same day no problem your the boss". The doctor was so gentle and there was little to no pain. I got my procedures done on wednesday and I was good to go back to work Saturday. That was the best part.
If you need a New Dental Care this place is hands down the place to go.
Ps:They also have familk care and braces.

First of all, If anybody reads my review around the posted date, and has a complain please contact me, more than one voice will be heard better.



No matter what happens, do not let them fool you with braces, they will apply them whether they can treat you or not, even if you don't need them.



Do not sign any paperwork whatsoever without taking a copy right there and then, so they won't come up with fake ones.



Do not authorize them with your account to withdraw automatically, they kept doing that, to my account till the last penny, even took out more, and never delivered the service, they refused to even cooperate with me about that.



Do not let them open any credit cards for you.



They are experts in scamming. They did not fix anything and were ready to take my braces out . Most of the patients are kids, they have no clue what is going on.



I even tried their dental department, if I had to listen to them I would have paid over $2000 just replacing filling.

That's the worst place to deal with, drs never call you back if you have any questions or emergencies, you keep paging to the next appointment, they are not accurate with their reminders, nor the nurses are proficient enough.

They forget what your main problem is after a few visits, you have to remind them.

Bad customer service !!

First let me say that I was referred to this office by Smile Finders.... I know now that I will never trust there services again!!!! But getting to my review, I arrived to my appointment on time and still sat in the lobby 20 minutes b4 I was taking to the back. Then after getting my x-rays done I can hear the workers talking about me in the hallway (they had no idea that I was bi-lingual)....

After being there almost 1 1/2 hrs they wanted me to reschedule my appointment because they were running short on time. I was just way done with them by then!!!! I grabbed my purse and left....
