Stay away, they intentionally mislead you. Their certified appraisals are bogus.They are sometimes 200% to 300% off on certification. The accompanying certificatesare produced by the manufactures and owners of the product. I bought a diamond for $7,400. with their certification being $56,000. I had it appraised and was told that the cut was the worst he had ever seen. His final appraisal was $6,000. I'm sure I am not the only one.They do not have certified gemologists appraisals and they don't show on line the appraisals like most auction houses. My certificate they sent shows the value at $56,000.and shows a very good cut. At the most a very good cut puts it in the range of $30,000.This is a very poor cut which basically renders it worthless and they know it.Stay away, most of the bidders are stupid and have no idea what they are getting into
