Alex is a very good hypnotherapist. He can help with a wide range of issues. I went to him for family/ relationship issues and his teachings are very substantive and gives you a lot of aha moments. He helped tap into my unconscious to give me a more positive rewiring in the way I approach everyday issues. I often leave the office feeling invigorated and hopeful about life each time. I highly recommend him. He will help you heal from childhood burden and pain.

I needed serious dental treatment but I was terrified of going to the dentist.

I went to see Alex Hertzberg and made the discovery that it was actually my fear of injections and needles that stopped me going.

My husband was scheduled for a surgery at Cedar Sinai and the doctor told us that they’ll keep him in the hospital for 3 days after the surgery for an observation.

My husband got stressed out more each day as we got closer to the day of the surgery.

We did two sessions with Alex and my husband calmed down and felt much better. At the day of the surgery Alex came to the hospital and hypnotized my husband in pre-operation room. The surgery went successful and the next day my husband was released - we didn’t have to stay in the hospital any longer!
