Holy Cross Monument

I called today to ask for information for a plaque for my mom and dad and the person who answered the phone was very unprofessional. When I informed him that I would need a plaque for both of my parents, his response was "both of your parents? Both?". And then he proceeded to ask me if I had called the cemetery to ask how much they charged for the plaque. I told him that I had called and he asked why wasn't I having them do the plaque for me. He seemed pretty heartless and lacked empathy when all I wanted to know how much they charge for a plaque.
