Helen Furniture Warehouse

I'm glad I'm the first one to write a review for this place.
My family just moved to a new apartment and the first thing we did was to buy new furniture for our new home. We went to Helen Furniture Warehouse and bought a couch and a bookshelf and they said will deliver it to us from 12pm-1pm (They hand wrote it on the receipt). On the day of delivery we called them again to check the time and they said they will be at our apartment by 1pm. We waited and they didn't arrive! We called them an hour later and the first thing they said is, their delivery man didn't come to work yet! Are you freaking serious? They said that worker will come in an hour so they will be at our place by 4pm. We waited for their call but they didn't even call us and didn't even come to deliver our furniture by 4pm. I had to call them again at 5pm and they said they are leaving now to deliver our furniture.
HELEN FURNITURE WAREHOUSE does not keep their delivery time. I thought I got scammed for a sec. If you're okay with a service that does not keep their time, you can purchase your furniture here. But I don't think I will shop at this place ever again. Keeping the delivery time they promise should be their priority.
