Gonzales Appliances

We called Jose Gonzalez Sunday Jan 25th 2009, our refrigarator had broken down. Jose gave us a price of $140. to fix it including parts and labor. When he arrived doubled the price to $240. stating that the part was higher than he thought. Mr. Gonzalez agreed to retun the next day, Jan 26th at 10 am but it was 2:00 pm and he had not shown up. We called him to ask why he did not show up or call, he said he was busy and that he would not be coming. I had to miss work twice the day he did not show up and the next. On Tuesday he showed up and while working on our refrigerator we asked a couple of questions which bothered him and he stated that he was uncomfortable having to answer them, that his work was guaranteed and that he knew what he was doing, yeah right. The next day the fridge started making this terribly loud noise on and off all day. We called Mr. Gonzalez and he stated that he would charge $40. to come and check it out! I couldn't beleivel the rudness and and unprofessionalism of this man. Since the noise was not coming from where he changed the part, then he said "that he was not responsible for fixing it. Eventhough it has never made the noise before he worked on it. DO NOT CALL THIS MAN HE WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO A TERRIBLE JOB, ALL WHILE BING REALLY RUDE!!!!
