        On 9/20/16 I went in for my physical therapy evaluation. I was told that unless I sign the forms stating that I will be responsible should my insurance not pay for anything that i would not be treated. This I know is illegal. The receptionist at the counter was confrontational and created a scene.
        On 10/4/16 I went in and the same thing happened. They made me resign the forms and said that they will not accept them with any note on them. What this office is doing is illegal. I now have to find a new therapist because of their ridiculous business practices. Extremely poor customer service and the receptionists are horrible!

        Probably the most caring and knowledgeable group of therapists in the greater Los Angeles area. Can't recommend enough!
