Finding an honest and trust worthy auto repair shop is like finding a needle in a hay stack. Well I found it with this place. They have consistently gone the extra mile to diagnose and solve my vehicle problems and they have always been reasonable with their pricing. This is one of those shops that I will be taking my car to for years and years. Whenever I have a problem or need service, I know these guys will take care of me. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

My check engine light went on last week. I went to Midas. They wanted to charge me $70 for a diagnostic. I went home and searched for other options. I brought my car into Fix Now Car and was nothing for the diagnostic, explained the three codes in detail, showed corrosion on my battery. They fixed the problem that same afternoon so I could get on my way.

I went to Fix Car Now based on a suggestion from a coworker. They were professional and very easy to work with. My car was done quickly though it came back with a scratch that wasn't there when I dropped it off (hence only 4 stars). However, the guy that "checked in" my car was honest and admitted the scratch was not there so they kept it an extra day and fixed the scratch. It would have been so easy for them to say the scratch was not caused by them, but they did not. They did the right thing and admitted to the fault. I am grateful to have such an honest car repair place nearby.

Fix Car Now is just about the only place I can take our car. I trust them, and know they aren't looking for other things to tell me my car needs. They were especially great with some mechanical issues I had, and repaired the breaks on my car, no up charge and friendly great service!!! 100 percent wouldn't go anywhere else!

Fix Car Now had my car done in less than 2 hours and I am so happy with the outcome of it. It was cheep and it was good service!

I took a chance on a shop I was not familiar with. Fix Car Now team ordered and received the part to my car in one afternoon and had my car repaired in 45 minutes! My local mechanic would have charged me nearly twice the price for the same exact parts. ...And look on their wall... they have the certification to prove they know what they're doing!

Jimmy was the best auto shop owner guy that I've ever dealt with. I've always been a jeep driver and anytime there is anything wrong with my jeep I take to to Fix Car Now West. I would recommend him to anyone!

I had a broken tail light and my boyfriend referred me to this location. They were super fast, thorough, and even did a complete check of my car, finding some pretty major things that needed fixing in my car's old age. They were great and communicating with me on what needed to be done, which in my experience is pretty rare when getting your car worked on. Loved them, will definitely go back for all my future needs.

How many mechanics shops can a woman walk into and NOT FEEL like she's about to get ripped off? Only one as far as I know.... this one! Fair pricing, honest work, excellent communication and general all-around awesomeness, they clearly want you to keep coming back and to recommend friends and family, so they treat you (and your car) right.

I took my VW Jetta in for body repair work and Fix Car Now provided a courtesy car, made sure my vehicle repair was done in a very reasonable amount of time and charged the exact amount the repair was estimated at. Excellent work Fix Car Now!

The shop seemed to be very busy which is a good thing, even if it took a day to get my car looked at, but after my car was looked at I gave the green light, my car was fixed fast and the shop owner Chance was very professional. I recommend checking it out if you need a repair done fast.

My brakes started making a horrible noise and I started to get really, really anxious, I work near Fix Car Now and always walked past it on lunch and breaks- someone always said hello to me and they seemed busy enough to be trustworthy, haha. I decided to call them up and was able to bring my car in right away. They showed me exactly what was wrong and had it back to me in about 2 hours. Drives great again and my wallet isn't as empty as I expected! Will definitely return for an oil change in a few weeks, I'm happy to have found nice, friendly, mechanics for a decent price.
