STAY AWAY! Eros Travel charged me a $425 cancellation fee on a one way flight booking. All I wanted to do is change the date to 3 days earlier.. which would take 3 clicks with the mouse! They told me the airline charges them for changes... When I contacted the airline they did not even have the booking yet.. because all this (The change) happened within 1 hour.. (And there was a very personal reason to change the date, as my mother in law was dying!) So, needless to say will NEVER use EROS TOURS also known as AIRTKT.com ...

Glad to see others had better experiences, but mine wasn't so pleasant.



Trying to have any sort of constant conversation with their customer service has been absolutely stressful. I understand the need to be put on hold, but as soon it seemed like nearly every time I was put on hold, a different correspondent would pick up and I'd have to start the process all over. Probably would have been fine if I didn't have to change my tickets, but as if that weren't stressful enough, the process I'm going through just to try and get to a person who can help me is a challenge in of itself.



Will definitely book through another agency in the future.

Please do NOT buy tickets from this company or you will be HARASSED! I bought 2 tickets from them ( and I am so regretted) and my credit card was charged right away. Then somebody from overseas ( b/c I could not understand him at all) called me and asked me if he could charge my cr.card $10 fee. I said no of course. Then I received a confirmation email for names and flight and the date which I replied to it right away . Since then they kept calling me every single night ( 12:00 am)and wake me and my husband up and say " check your email "! I mentioned that it is midnight and hung up but Kali kept calling till I had to turn my phone off. So if you do not want to wake up w/a headache DO NOT buy from them.

They did the same thing to me. This company tried to screw me out of first 300 dollars and then 150 dollars for a ticket cancellation. I cancelled through United, but they still sent me confirmation on billing. They are super shady.

While I am an aspiring model, Tim has been into photography for past 10 years. In our quest to discover different places through Tim’s lenses we often choose to travel to the countryside, valleys, forests and the beaches. We’ve already completed our recent US tour to Miami, Las Vegas and San Diego last week. All thanks to Eros Tours and Travel for providing the best deals always on the airline tickets. We travel quite often and thus we always look for last minute deals and cheapest airline to save on our travel expenses. Eros Tours and Travel’s timely service and flight plans have been helping a lot of people to select their own seats. Our common friends Jose, Harry and D’cruze also choose Eros Tours for lower fares. Thumps up Eros, for the timely and cost effective service.

This place is absolute garbage!!!! Stay away at all costs. The "customer service" is horrendous, and every single person I talked to has been extremely rude. I had issues with trying to switch flights (usually a $150 fee) However, talking to American Airlines, they say if the change is made within 24 hours of booking the fee is waived. Eros insisted that I cannot change it without the fee because they get charged the $150. On the other hand, the American Airlines representatives said that is not true and they can have the fee waived. They just try and take your money and are not helpful at all. Their responses are to call the airlines and have them take care of it. They also tell you that they need to speak with you before booking the flight and have you confirm, but they did none of that and went ahead to book the flight. This business is so shady and nobody can speak english. I have tried to call them at least 10 times and have been put on hold for 20 minutes at a time or hung up on. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

I enjoy working with Eros Tours and Travel. They aren’t finicky. They were knowledgeable and planned all the trip details and we were really impressed with how much of value using a travel and tour company added in assisting us in creating an amazing private tour.

We had planned a trip to Chicago and had already made our flights to and from Chicago and booked time off work. Unfortunately my husband’s schedule for a presentation at his office changed which lead to the change in the trip schedule. Don't use them. I was issued an airline credit and Euros would not return it to me. Put on hold for hours and then disconnected. Tried several times and received the same treatment. Will pay an extra $10 for my ticket and deal with a reputable company.

I bought 2 airplanes tickets, happy that i got them for such a low price. Immediately after, i checked my email, waited hours, for a receipt or ANYTHING from them. There was nothing so I called their customer service to ask how much I was charged. They said "Oh we don't know." What do you mean you don't know? "Just check the website" No, you should be able to tell me, you are customer service. "Just check the website, it will be there now. You can call us back". When I checked again, it was there but they charged an EXTRA $936. We had to go through so much with their HORRIBLE customer service that can't speak English. All Indians who are just trying to scam people.

These are scammers who'll take hold of your credit card and charge it even before knowing it. They are all Indian people working from some low nook and corner part of India which is known for its lawlessness. I am even amazed that people in US even use this service. The people they hire in India obviously are street thugs who just try to cheat customers in US with their credit card information or sleazy tactics on the premise of providing cheap ticket. I used them unfortunately this morning. Just to give me a hold on the ticket, he used my credit card number and charged it. I told him to cancel it, and he applied cancelation fees even though the ticket was never issued.



He used stalling tactics on me by putting me on hold for about 15 to 20 minutes. During that time, even though I was saying that I don't need this ticket, he ended up running my credit card and issuing the ticket. After issuing the ticket, he said he's going to charge me cancelation fees of$300 even though I had been asking him not to issue the ticket on the very first place.



Obviously, these are street thugs either in Mumbai or Delhi operating out of a low-level roof chawl in some suburb. I am even amazed that they are allowed to operate in USA. I am submitting a complaint to Federal Travel departemnt, BBB, as well as the Attorney General's office about these thugs.

They are horrible! if you buy any tkt from them you are doomed!!!!

I bought tkt with my friend to London and want to cancel so called them. First time they told me i can't exchange so I booked another tkt from other agency...and was going to pay the penalty. so i called them again and they told me it's nonrefundable and exchange only! WTH?!?!?!??

I will take this as some kind of trick and then report to the credit card company!

They should not be doing business..that's how bad they are!!!



last but not least, when i asked for their names, first agent told me his name is "Peter Parker" and the second one refused to give me his last name, he said he doesn't have one.



So go figure!
