Sooki and Susan are very knowledgeable about seat covers. From the initial call to installation, they were very helpful. It was such an easy process speaking with Susan to get the correct fabric for our Ford Truck.

We have purchased our previous seat covers from Cover King and another company called Sheer Comfort, but now that we have found Decor Auto, we will be purchasing our covers from Decor Auto. We are beyond thrilled with the whole process and the products.

First, Let me just say that I just can NOT speak more highly of Susan and her mother because even before she knew my back story it felt like she was more concerned for my happiness and satisfaction than anything else in the world. The chemistry between her mother and her is undeniable: they are the perfect duo.

So let me start off with my back story. Early in 2017 I was in a really bad accident: I got T boned by a drunk driver and my car was totalled, I was in the hospital for over 2 weeks and becaise of that, I was also not able to work. I am a single mother and I have to drive almost every day to make a living.

Once I got my new Hyundai Ioniq, I wanted to spice up my car a little bit and protect the seats from my kids. I found Decor Auto online and called. Susan invited me in to show me all the different Hawaiian prints they had. Once we decided on a cute print I made my order. Within 2 weeks my covers were ready and Decor installed them.

The covers really lifted my spirits. The Hawaiian prints were fun cute and protected my seats perfectly. I completely forgot to leave a review for these guys but I stopped by to say hi to Susan and her puppy and tell her how much I loved the covers. When I explained to her about my situation she was almost in tears and told me about a car accident she was in a few years back and how she got a puppy to help with her axiety with driving. She also told me that she was never a fan of Hawaiian print seat covers until she heard my story.

If you have ever spoken to Susan, you will know what I mean when I say 'great personalized service' and once you get your covers you will understand what I mean when I say 'simply amazing seat covers'. Their Hawaiian print's speak for themselves.

These guys made sure that our seat covers arrived in time by Christmas. We ordered about 4 days prior and were pretty sure we would not be able to get them in time. But since the guys from Decor Auto were heading to San Jose for Christmas, Susan, her mother and their dogs came in the middle of the night and dropped off the seat covers to me all the way in Fresno! My wife was beyond thrilled when she saw the covers. I'm sure you guys have so many customers but thank you for actually making me feel like I was your only customer and taking such length to ensure my gift got here in time.

It was a difficult decision to narrow the options of the Hawaiian print neoprene seat covers that we finally selected since the company had a wide variety to choose from. They were quickly installed in our cars (Toyota Corolla and Subaru Forrester) and are both useful and unique. The covers definitely make our cars standout when the parking lot is filled with similar car models. They are easily installed and the car's seat heater still works well for those of us from New England who have them. The company has also considered the deployment of the side impact bags with a special seat cover stitch that will allow their successful release. Susan was very helpful during the ordering process and we were appreciative of the military discount. After we received the first set of front seat covers, we ordered a second and now a third set is in the mail. We are definitely repeat and happy customers.

I enjoy supporting local businesses when I can. Susan was great in helping me choose the right fabric for my car, and suggested I go with tan and black neosupreme for my 2013 Toyota Camry because it is water resistant. They were able to make the seat covers in a day and by tomorrow, they were installed in my car. Awesome service and their dogs are absolutely adorable!

In a time where companies can hide behind fake promises, decor auto stands apart from the rest. I found their reseller online and bought seat covers for my genesis coupe. These are great but I was unable to install them myself. Susan was eager to have me come in and assist with the install. Usually manufacturers make their resellers take care of everything but not these guys. They really care about their customers. No matter who you buy their product for.

You can't beat their quality and products. Susan and Suki are a dynamic duo and know what they're doing.

The building is a little hard to find since it looks like it is part of the auto body repair shop next door, but I am glad I gave them a ring. I wanted some nice seat covers for my 2016 Ford Escape, so I went around to a couple spots around LA. When I dropped by Decor Auto, I knew I had found the right spot. Susan is one of the most personable people I have ever met and answered all my questions. I ended up getting Neosupreme seat covers in all black from them, and I couldn't be happier!

I bought from these guys a few years ago when they weren't open to the public. Their quality cannot be topped and they are very experienced.

Perfect covers, done in a timely manner and friendly people. My interior was beat up. Now it looks brand new.
