Mr. Han and His son Danny was available 24/7. They were able to answer and help with sending my mom's body back to NY for her burial. They coordinated with the other funeral home, but when I found myself getting nervous because the other funeral home made me feel that they only cared about the money instead of the deceased or the family, I made the last minute switch to a different funeral home. Danny assisted me with the changes even though he had to make some changes at the last minute also.
