I contacted Bruce Speer the Service Manage at Kia of Glendale, because Kia Alhambra had completely ripped me off.



Bruce turned me over Edwin, a Master Tech. Edwin diagnosed the problems in a very short time and my car was ready the next morning for less than a quarter of the amount Alhambra wanted.



My Service adviser was Adrian. All business, efficient, and completely professional.



To my surprise and what I think was above and beyond anything expected, was that Bruce Speer, wrote a personal note on the invoice, indicating that Alhambra needed to refund the money, I was charged for parts. He also left a message with their service manager, which was not returned.



Edwin also signed a note stating the facts about the parts I paid for.



I never expect anybody to insert themselves into any conflict, when they don't have to. The fact they did speaks very highly of their character, and I thank them.
