Capstone Headwear Experience Capstone Headwear is a division of a company that has more than 28 years of experience in the apparel industry. It first opened its doors in 1977 as a contract embroiderer, and during the next 15 years grew to become one of the largest on the West Coast.About 13 years ago, several of our apparel clients strongly encouraged us to begin manufacturing caps because they loved the quality of our embroidery, our creativity and our dependability. In addition, they were frustrated with their inability to obtain retail-quality caps delivered when promised. For the first 6 years we were strictly a Custom Made in the USA cap manufacturer. As demand for Made in USA product decreased we began to develop manufacturer relationships abroad.Today, we offer the total solution for our client's headwear needs by offering 2 different supply methods, each with unique strengths. We offer an affordable blank stock cap program that features more than 60 styles in multiple colorways. These caps can be embroidered in five to seven working days after approval of a sample. In addition, we manufacture and import larger custom orders direct from a factory in China, an extremely economical method of production.Capstone Headwear has quickly evolved into one of the nations leading headwear suppliers. Never satisfied, our in-house design team of artists and tape digitizers continues to source and test what is hottest in the market place.
