Overall

***SCAM!!!!!***** Please beware how this company treats their employees. After getting extremely frustrated I came to the conclusion that this company was a joke. Here is how they responded to me as an extremely upset customer. It kills me that I have to give them one star. I am confident this company will not last long. However, I promised I will do my best in helping save others from becoming a victim and that is what I am doing. I tried to post this on their Facebook page but they took it down.

There are people who are starving in this world and all you people care about is throwing a hissy fit because one person in life to buckle down to your feet and meet your demands. We don't care who you call, your lawyer, yelp, cnn,abc, nbc. Get over yourself and get a life.



My Email to this company after many failed attempts of dealing with them:

I am writing this because it will make me feel better. I am far from a valued customer as you call me in your email below. How dare you tell me that YOU are doing me the favor by extending my voucher one week because it expired when it doesn’t expire till November 28, 2013.



Don’t worry this will be short and sweet.



I was extremely frustrated with how you treated me as a customer who purchased your service and it wasn’t until I looked up the reviews on your company that I realized that you guys are nothing but frauds and need to be stopped. For your convenience here is a link for you to see just a few of the reviews for your company http://www.yelp.com/biz/at-your-service-housekeeping-los-angeles However, I am sure you are fully aware of how upset you have made people and don’t care because all you’re doing is sitting there collecting our money. It is seriously mind boggling how you are still in business.



I promise you I will go on every social blog, website and review site to let everyone know that your company is nothing but a fraud. I have already started a report to the Better Business Bureau and also have already spoke to a lawyer about what else I can do to stop you from stealing from people.



It’s not just me but my family also became victims of your fraud and I just can’t handle it anymore. You need to be stopped and I don’t care if I am unable to close your company down just knowing that I am helping in saving people from falling for your scam is enough satisfaction for me.



Please do not feel the need to reply to me, I am just so glad I was able to get this off my chest.

NEVER EVER HIRE THESE COMPANY. I made my first appt on June 21, 2013, the day before, AYS called to advise that the maid was sick and I was rescheduled to July 8. They offered me a discount voucher for the inconvenience; however, maids did not show up again the 2nd time due to my not not receiving a confirmation email for the 2nd appt and AYS said, I was not on their schedule. I rescheduled for the 3rd time on July 18, which was again a no show. I had to call the Resolution Dept several times and finally, a call back from AYS saying the maid had car trouble, &and the person who called back said, "no one called you to inform you of this?". I had to call them several times to know what happened to the maids. The 4th time, I rescheduled for Aug. 10, no show again, but this time, they had no reason to give. except for an email sent to me that I have to move forward and they will reschedule me for the 5th time on Aug. 21. This was again a no show. I had sent an email to them the day before, the morning of, and after two hours of waiting the day of Aug. 21, and I never received a response from AYS to this day. I asked several times to speak to the owner & the response given to me is that the owner is on vacation & cannot be reached, but will convey my message to them. I will email again this a.m. and see whether I can be rescheduled the 6th time and hopefully, it will be the lucky number. I had taken several vacation days from work to wait for AYS to appear and no luck. Just vacation days wasted.

Overall

Great steal for $59. They got all of our dog hair from the carpet which was really awesome. They also give you tips on how to keep your home in good condition until your next visit. My maid shared with me to use a rubber glove to attract my dog's pet hair which has been helpful.

I heard about them through Living Social when my husband and I were located in Austin. We wanted to use the deal for our moving out cleaning to transfer to our home in Atlanta. They cleaned out our home for us in both states and we've used them every two or three weeks since then.They always do a fantastic job on my house. I especially like the way they spot clean the furniture because of the cream color it has to be cleaned regularly.They have just been wonderful.Very pleasant, Tina always is very detailed and on time. They've never been anything less than fantastic!

I made the appointment , received an email confirmation . The cleaning included cleaning the inside of the freezer and refrigerator. I was told that I had to empty them of their contents. I did so and waited for 2 hours. No one showed up or called. I called and got only voice mail. I finally emailed and received an email saying that they had to reschedule. I tried to reschedule and the next appointment was more than a month away. I got no where. They said they had a 24 hour cancellation policy, but they never cancelled! They just did not show up. So basically, they can cancel up to 24 hours before OR After your scheduled appointment. HUh? Any reputable company would have someone to my house the very next day to make things right.

They also make it clear that if YOU reschedule, you will be charged a $10 fee.

I even cooled down the part of the house I had expected them to clean, by running the AC.

They refused to give me a refund. They only would say that I could have a $100 off of FUTURE Cleaning. Well, my question is, how would I ever know if they would show up?
