Broadway Joes Hair Salon

For the last year, i've been looking for a good barber who could use a pair of scissors instead of electric clippers. My regular barber retired after 40 years in the business. He was an old school, Italian barber who used scissors and a straight razor to cut hair..using electric shears only rarely.

After hearing about Broadway Joe's place, I made an appointment and went in. I was greeted by Joe, the owner. He is an affable, 3rd generation Italian barber and knows his stuff. He worked in NYC as head barber at the Hilton and later, had a shop on Broadway. He was the guy who cut Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra's hair when they came to NYC. He's quite a guy and has some interesting stories to tell....all while giving you a great haircut.

I've finally found my new regular barber.
