Worst experience ever. Mark is incredibly difficult to deal with even when he ships you a bad out drive.
I purchased a rebuilt Volvo Penta out drive. When installed by an authorized dealer, the out drive was whirring incredibly loud. I immediately called Mark and let him know what was going on. He told me that it was common. That there are "very tight tolerances and they all whir" He told me to keep using it and if there was a problem he would make it right. Well, it failed and to save the remainder of my short boating season, I offered to pay for a replmt and he could refund me the money when my drive arrives. He said NO. His policy is that you ship it back, he takes the time to repair your unit and he ships it back. that would be fine if it failed unexpectedly while in use but in my case it was clearly a bad drive that was shipped. You would think he would have the decency to go above and beyond to make things right.
What a way to run a business

Boatwrench Inc, I've been using them since 1988. Great group of guys. They always go above and beyond. You bring your boat in for one thing, and they give an overall assessment of what might be coming up in the future. Greatly appreciated, very friendly crew.

The Boatwrench has an incredible team of mechanics that seem to really care about your boat. I left my SeaRay there for several weeks to get a variety of little things done to it and, knowing I was coming in to pick it up the next day, they went out and started it to make sure everything was good after sitting for 2 weeks. Sure enough, the batteries were dead so they went the extra length to test them, found they were bad, called me, replaced them, and still had the boat ready at the time I had scheduled to pick it up.



Not many places do that. Can't recommend them enough.

Been dealing with Rob, Angel, And Mark at Boatwrench for years they are great!!! They always have what I need and if not they order it and I have it in a couple of days. Been to other dealers in area but they were just awful if you need boat parts go to them they will take good care of you. I have friends who have their boats serviced there and they are happy as well always recomended them.

I was in a bind and needed a very quick service. They were extremely accommodating and described all their work in detail. Boat runs great, I'll use them again.
