I would never ever ever (!) use their services again. These people are so rude and ignorant, that I really have no idea how they are still in business. They take too long to get back to you and they make you feel like you owe them. So unprofessional! Thankfully, there's so many other ways to book tickets online or with other agencies, that actually want your business and respect you as a customer. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

My wife and I traveled to Greece in July 2010. I have to say that Cloud Tours did an amazing job. I would have to disagree with the recent review. They were not only competent, but did everything in their power to make the trip amazing. My wife and I spent 5 days in Mykonos and 5 in Santorini. Everything was truly amazing. They were simply amazing, and I would recommend them to anyone. They also recommended to get travel insurance, as you know many unexpected things can happen while traveling abroad. Great Job.
