Central Home Care

This use to be a good and decent agency. Actually it was one of the better ones in the Queens area but times have changed. They now just about hire anyone and that includes thieves, shady characters as well as people with bad attitude problems and the like.

The staff/coordinators do not know their aides, are rude and constantly lie. They will tell you any aide they assign to you is wonderful when in actuality they do not even know them.

This agency has changed so much from the aides to the coordinators to that horrendous administrator Maryse Noel.

It is a darn shame the way this agency has gone down. If you are a caregiver please think twice before you consider their services. The aides that have been good to my loved one were just pure luck and not due to the way this agency is run.
