Corazon de Cuba opens its doors in Long Beach. With a Caribbean style, the island allows a Cuban kitchen to be recreated through the atmosphere in the city of Long Beach. The Cuban chef Oscar Juarez has worked in many well recognized Cuban restaurants throughout New York City.
