PAINFUL BEDBUGS IN THE ROOMS AND CANCER-CAUSING CHEMICALS:
ON THE WALLS OF THE BUILDING ARE SIGNS THAT THE BUILDING CONTAINS CANCER-CAUSING CHEMICALS WHICH CAUSE CANCER AND BIRTH DEFECTS--THERE ARE BEDBUGS IN THE ROOMS WHICH CAUSE EXTREMELY PAINFUL INSECT BITES--I CHANGED TO ANOTHER ROOM AND CONTINUED TO HAVE EXTREMELY PAINFUL BEDBUG BITES

Horrible. Took a trip to Cali and chose this location due to it being 2 stars. I don't see how this hotel got 2 stars. I was booked in room 125 and upon walking into the room the odor was overwhelming. We booked a jacuzzi room with a queen size bed and the bed was a full size bed. The jacuzzi had hair and dirt in it. After an hour of being in there the tv and lights would turn on and off by themselves. Very weird. (explains why all lights and alarm clock was unplugged when coming in.. haunted?) I was unpacking while sitting on the bed and the bedspread had me itching. Had major bed bugs not to mention the cockroach which was crawling on the night stand next to me. A couple hours later my boyfriend arrived and went to the manager to get money back and was told we could not get our money back that it was in a drop box and we could only get a refund for the other two nights we paid for but not until 7am. Pretty much forcing us to stay in their run down motel. They gave us another room next door which was a little better as far as the lights going on and off but still a horrible experience. I have been itching and rashy since I've been home. Please do not stay here. I know the price is good but the experience is horrible. The door wouldn't even open for us and the manager was too lazy to walk to the door even after the 5th time going back and forth. Just horrible and run down!

Dirtiest place ever stay! Dirty towels were just refolded and put back to be used again. Found hair and dirt stains all over towels. Front desk acted like normal thing!! Dried up snot on shower walls....and maids were still cleaning rooms at 6:30pm??? Rooms were still that dirty??? Never again, will pay more next time for better place, family worth it!!!!
