Dr. Diana Lujan, MD

I decided to change from a family doctor to a peds doctor due to my son being in the hosipital, and my daughter showing signs of what my son has. This doctor was recommended by a friend, so I called to set up an appointment. They called me back at 11:15 and said they could see me at 11:45. I told her I would try but it might be tight coming from Castle Rock. After changing my sons oxygen tank to the travel one, I hit the road. I called them to let know I was running about 15 min behind they said that would be fine. My appointment was for both of my sick children. Upon arrival they said they would have to reschedule me to this afternoon. I arrived exactly 15 min late at 12:00. Really? I drive all they way up from Castle Rock, after I was told it was ok that I was running behind. WOW! I would be nuts to have this doctor be theie primary care giver. I showed up with 2 sick kids and 1 on oxygen and she refuses to see me. Just because you gave me no time to arrive with the chance there could be some traffic. Did I interfer with you lunch hour. Why did you not tell me on the phone that it wouldnt work and I would need to come in later. I would have been fine with that, but no you wait till I arrive at your office.
