Wonderful pedicure with Melissa, great conversation and a lovely way to spend the afternoon away from work. Still can't get over all the options for nail art, so many choices of beautiful stamps and designs. Very clean and comfortable ambiance, I'll surely be coming back for my next manicure and pedicure. Loved It!

Missy is the Nail Specialist at Elizabeth J Salon - I have gone to her for multiple services from Mani's to Pedi's to specialty Shellac services! I always walk away with my nails polished to PERFECTION! She's an amazingly talented artist and a super nice person to boot! Overall, it has been a relaxing and welcoming experience each and every time!

Lizz from Elizabeth J Salon has been cutting my hair for years and I have not had one complaint. Before I found Lizz I would just go get a quick cut at a big chain every 3 months or so because I couldn't stand the hassle. With Lizz I love getting my hair cut. It's fast, clean, and always comes out perfectly. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants to feel good about themselves and wants to actually enjoy getting a hair cut.

I was referred to the salon by a friend, was able to get an appointment quickly and was completely happy with my first experience which was a cut and foil highlight. Have been back since and always look forward to the experience, Lizz is the best! I have sent my mom and brought my daughter to her as well. The salon is cozy and beautiful too!!

Liz Elwarner knows how to balance professionalism with friendliness. She makes every visit an enjoyable time. She also is an amazing hairdresser. I've gone to Liz for nearly a year now for regular cuts and most recently a color service. I have been ecstatic with my hair each and every time I've walked out. The ombre coloring she did for me a couple weeks ago has garnered so many compliments - I absolutely LOVE what she did and how amazing my hair looks thanks to her! My 16 year old daughter also has a somewhat complex hair style right now (a scene style) and Liz totally rocked that, too! I'm very happy with her service - and her prices are the most reasonable I've seen in a LONG time. Elizabeth J Salon was my regular salon for sadly only about 5 months. I ended up moving about 2 1/2 hours north and was devastated to not be able to continue regularly going to Liz, whom I adored since my first appointment. She is the sweetest stylist I have had the pleasure of having, and so very talented at what she does. I even hired her for doing my wedding hair, as well as my bridesmaids', and she did an incredible job on all of us. The salon is gorgeous and modern and cozy and just perfect really. I would (and have) recommend anyone looking for a great cut, color or even conversation to this salon in a heartbeat!

I love this salon and my hairdresser Nisha! She rocks. I have always grown my short pixie like haircuts out to bobs or longer due to not finding a hairdresser who could repeat my first good cut with them.. My hair is funky with waves and cowlicks and Nisha is so experienced with cutting short hair that it just looks fabulous. I was nervous at first since the last cut was a little shorter than I planned but I absolutely love it. She is so down to earth and nice and approachable to discuss whatever I think I want with my cut. I have trouble explaining but she understands exactly what I'm trying to say. I am so excited to finally have a place to get my haircut regularly. :)

I have lived in NH for 8 years and I had never been able to find a hair dresser that I have liked. I would wait a year before getting a hair cut because I would hate to go and have them not listen to what I wanted to do. About 10 months ago I was planning my wedding. I had asked around to see if anyone knew a hair stylist for my wedding. I was recommended by a few people to a salon in Londonderry which I will keep nameless. I was excited it was close to work and they could get me in for an up-do trial and makeup 10 days from the day I called. So I searched magazines and clipped out a few pictures brought them to the stylist and she stared at them and kept saying “hmmm okay”. 3 hours later, my hair was NOTHING like any of the pictures. It was terrible. The new stylist kept saying “I will practice a lot before your actually wedding it will look a lot better.” Driving home, I was trying to convince myself that it wasn’t that bad. When I walked in my house my future husband laughed- then he went on to ask if I had tried to take my hair out on the way home… so I knew I wasn’t being over dramatic it was horrible. I had told a close friend what happened and she told me to call Lizz the owner at Elizabeth J Salon. So I did, she was able to get me in that Saturday morning ( 3 days from when I called) I was relieved she could see me so soon. I showed up to her beautiful Salon with pictures in hand. She took one look and started styling my hair. We got chatting and I was completely comfortable, about 40 minutes later she was done. My up-do was better than I could have imagined. I was so happy! I booked her to do my wedding along with my wedding party. Before the wedding I had gone in a few times for hi-lights and cut and style. The day of my wedding was perfect. Any bride knows the most time is spent getting ready. Lizz made us feel like home – we took over the salon and had a blast! Each girl looked amazing!!! I used to be one of those people that would get their hair cut and colored once a year… because going to the hairdresser was terrible! Not any more – Elizabeth J Salon is the best salon that there is. Wonderful staff, atmosphere is top notch and prices are so reasonable. I couldn’t recommend a better salon! They just started doing Shellac nails! I was one of the first to get them done what wonderful manicure! Lizz, thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to finally have a great salon!

If you want a nice, modern, welcoming salon with true talent at a reasonable price then this is your place. I was lucky enough to stumble across an ad they had online and figured, at 20% off for being a new client, why not? I've been trying to find a salon close to home that does good work, doesn't cost an arm and a leg and is clean and professional. Most places that do a good job are ridiculously priced and/or arde uptight. Liz at elizabeth.j.salon made an excellent first impression by getting back to my email quickly. After arriving in the cute salon I saw a put together 20something with excellent hair. My rule has always been: if the stylist's hair looks bad, why would I put my hair in their hands???? Liz was was super personable while still acting totally professional. I have been back to get my highlights touched up and the second visit was as good, if not better, than the first. The salon has a wicked convenient location (right on 28 [exit 5 on 93]) too....check this place out. You will be so happy you did!
