Westside Forklift Repair

Disappointing isn't the word. Craig Bradley and his partner Mark Messing did NOT do the right job in fixing my TCM Lift Truck. Our system was contaminated with bad Hydraulic fluid. Mark knew this and told me they he put in new Hydraulic fluid, installed a new by-pass pump. Lift Truck ran for a 1/2 hour, barely lifted. Next day nothing at all. I have been out of service with this lift truck for over 6 months. Call Repeatedly 3 times to Mark, and 2 to Craig. Mark never returned the calls, but Craig did. Craig's answer in that return call was that he had to get back with his boss "Mark" to see how to fix it. In reality, they both were jacking me around. After getting the RUN around, and ignored, I hired another Lift truck service man. I helped the man tear down the lift truck, found nothing but contaminated fluid. Bled system down, replaced filters, and Lift truck runs like new again. If you want to get terrible service, go to Westside Forklift, you will get it. I certainly wish I knew this before I hired these 2 jokers. Bad Service/Wrong Parts = Junk Job.... Would of gave a zero if I could have...Just Terrrible
