The service was not performed great. I have called to cancel 3x and I am still get charged. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service!

Absolutely and completely unprofessional company. I signed up for service two weeks ago for their once a week service, and they have failed to show up for both of their appointments. No call to let me know that they wouldn't be by, and I was told when I called them that it wouldn't be until the next week before they came back. Don't waste your time with these guys, you'll be much happier going somewhere else.

I filled the form to have your services at my house. I did it by the beginning to mid February of this year: I request services for Firday, March 20, 2015. I called 3-5 times to make sure the services wil be provided as I requested. All my calls were answered with " we will be there Friday the 19th, if not on the next day whickh is Saturday. We feel there should be no problem because you booked with plenty of time, so you should be fine." I called one more last time during the week prior to service, to ask about "possible time" for the techinician to be at my house, which I was told it is very difficult to give a time because there could be unexpected delays: very understandable. No one called Friday, not Saturday. My dogs were crated pretty much the entire Friday.

I gave my credit card number, as requested to schedule services. At this point, I don't need your services now, next week or ever. Very unprofessional!!! I already mentioned your services to few friends, but I'll be mentioning to not schedule with such an unreliable company!!!!
