Took 1 year & $9,400 to get 4 improperly placed implants and a snap in denture that pops out every time I eat. Regret going here!

Initially, loved the place. But, when I went to have some major work done (3 implants), suddenly things werent so good. They started charging me more than they told me it was going to cost. They hid it during their treatment plan breakdown, and failed to include some things that they charged me extra for. Basically, charging me more than $3000 over what they initially told me.

In addition, I was given a 15% cash discount (written on my treatment plan by the staff) but once I was half way done, after delay after delay, I went to pay the last part of my bill before they would finish the work and they said they don't offer 15% discounts and charged me even more.

Then, they overcharged me, and said they would refund my overpayment. This was almost 2 years ago.

Finally, one of my implants, the crown has fallen off 3 times already due to poor workmanship. My new dentist has told me that it will likely have to be done over from scratch.

I am considering reporting them to the BBB and MDA.

I received services for a Dental Implant from this business and I am truly satisfied with the services received. Dr. Tedders is amazing! He was confident, professional, and made sure you understood what he was doing ever step of the way. His dental assistants are kind, respectful, and professional. As of this date, I am very pleased with the work that was performed and would definitely refer this dental center.

Friendly, helpful staff. I recommend them to anyone.
