Places like this should be reported to the attorney generals office! They kept trying to tell me that I can't cancel my member ship cuz it takes 2 months !! I had moved out of town and called the gym to cancel they told me bla bla and I would have to call HQ TO DO SO! Wich I did AND AGREED TO PAY FOR 2months that I didn't use!! After that still billed my cc over and over! Till call my bank and told them what's going on they had to cancel my cc and get me a hole new card

This is a high pressure sale-you walk in with a free pass, and they jump on you like locusts. They try to sell you on the most expensive package, which includes a personal trainer at an outrageous cost. Once you sign up, they bill your credit card or bank account, and they want a certified letter sent to headquarters to cancel it. No matter when in the month you call, they will say they can't cancel it for the next month-you have to wait 2 months! Further, when I signed up, I asked for a seperate person to train each member of my family, since we each paid seperately-and they gave me grief about it! I had to insist with 3 different people in order to get it. They won't help you with the machines once you've had your first training. This parking lot is very dangerous too-people keep getting things stolen out of their cars here. I paid 40.00 per month, but the rate varies-they'll charge you whatever they can get away with. Don't pay an initiation fee and don't pay more than 35.00 a month.
