Alternative Rehab

My shoulder has been hurting since May. I went to the doctor in June and was sent to physical therapy. The therapy was marginally successful and when I returned to the doctor, he recommended surgery. (MRI done) A friend suggested I have a second opinion and go to a different therapist. I did and thankfully, found Alternative Rehab. The therapist explained very clearly what the problem was and how I could help myself. He gave me exercises to strengthen the muscles that conrol the position my scapula. I have only seen him three times, but already my shoulder pain has diminished. I have gone to physical therapy (targeted exercise on machines) in the past with great success. This problem required a different therapy and fortunately, Alternative Rehab was what I needed to avoid surgery. Very, very satisfied.
