Trans Shoppe

Today, December 10, 2014 I was across the street in the shopping center. My car battery died and I was stuck without jumper cables. I asked around but no one had any. Someone suggested I go across the street to The Trans Shoppe and ask for help. I walked in and asked if I could borrow jumper cables since my car died. The woman went to the back and asked the owner, she came back and said "He will need a $10 deposit to make sure the cables come back." I said "Ill give you $20 to jump my car." I was really desperate since I had a 5 year old child coming home from school and needed me. She came back and said " The owner would need $40 to go across the street and work on my car." I thought, are you kidding me? I am a stranded person in the snow (yes, it snowed today) and you won't give a guy a hand for $20 ACROSS THE STREET!!!. I couldn't afford $40 so I asked to cables and would give the $10. The woman comes back, "He can't find the cables." What a jerk. After reading the other reviews on this site, I am not surprised. There are nicer mechanics out there. DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY THE TIME OF DAY.
