Reflections of Livingston

This was my first experience with Botox/Dermal fillers and I was very nervous. It can be a little overwhelming trying to find the best place. Dr. Wix-Harris and her assistant were just great!! They answered all my questions and totally put me at ease. They really took their time and the results were exactly what I was looking for. I would defiantly recommend Reflections especially if your going for a natural look.

This place is unbelievable! I made an appointment for a consultation a week ago - arrived 10 minutes early for the "paperwork" - waited in the "lobby" (only one other person there) - was brought up to the Doctor's office (stairs - luckily I can do that, but I know a lot of others may have had a problem - I was never even asked if that would be a problem physically) - then, I was introduced to the "Doctor", and she shook my hand, said I'll be right back, closed the door to an office that I do not believe could be more than 5ft x 5ft and left me there for 20 mor minutes - In total, I waited 40 minutes for a "consultation" - If this is the way they treat prospective clients, I cannot imagine allowing them to do any procedure that could possibly do permanent damage to my face. It took me 30 minutes to get there, waited another 40 and 40 minutes to get back 0 This wasted more than 1.5 hours of my time and I am outraged.
