Dry Clean Spot

I've had nothing but good service until today. Today I found a pair of pants that ARE NOT MINE in my closet instead of MY black slacks. I brought them in to the Dry Clean Spot this morning upon realizing that, and expected some sort of apology and promise to return mine when their other unlucky consumer realizes she has the wrong slacks, too!



Instead, all I get is a manager insisting they couldn't have made a mistake because they bar code all items...then suggesting I may have gotten an "extra" pair of pants by mistake. But there's no bar code on them, right? So how can they have been added to my order from their store? Obviously they don't consistently barcode items.



It's expected that everyone - even dry cleaning stores - occasionally make mistakes. The important part is to OWN it, and apologize to your good customers.



Will we use this place again? Doubtful.
