U.S. Social Security Administration

I was honestly expecting to be treated with poor customer service, but I recieved a great experience here. I came to the office 15 min before they opened at 8:45am and there was a line of people already. After they opened the doors I had to sign in why I was there and then take a number to wait to be called. After being called I was helped by a man with long hair and from the time starting he had great customer service treating me with respect. I felt that he treated me as a friend, I was just getting my soc sec card replaced and he made the process smooth.
