Central Masonry Company was established in 1983 and incorporated in 1986 to become Central Masonry Corporation. The company has successfully contracted work in Colorado, California, Kansas, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming.Since the inception of CMC, our number one priority has been quality of work. Success can never be built without a firm foundation of trust and top notch craftsmanship. Central Masonry Corporation has always focused on continuous and steady growth without loosing sight of customer expectations. A majority of the successful growth has stemmed from a policy of only hiring very professional and highly skilled individuals from within the industry. As a result of never loosing sight of the bottom line, and by making work quality a number one priority CMC has succeeded in becoming an industry leader.Currently CMC has 25 managers on staff and at any given time may employ up to 250 field experts. Every day CMC focuses on applying principles that will: increase employee loyalty, improve office to field operations and controls, provide employees with updated equipment, and maintain our high level of customer and supplier satisfaction.Every contract CMC accepts is given the same priority regardless of contract amount. CMC's scope of work includes design-build, estimating, administration, coordination, supervision of masonry projects from concept to completion, and always ends with customer expectations being exceeded. The office personnel and field employees are constantly in direct contact with each other to fulfill every one of these obligations.CMC maintains a sharp competitive edge by staying updated within the industry. Memberships to the following organizations have proven integral to the company: The Associated General Contractors, Mason Contractor's Association of America, Associated Builders & Contractors, and Rocky Mountain Masonry Institute. CMC has proudly won eleven ( 11 ) "Excellence In Design Masonry" awards since the program began in 1992. In 1993, Central Masonry Corporation designed and constructed a new office and maintenance facility. The resulting structure was awarded the "Commercial Division, Excellence In Masonry" award along with the Douglas County Board of County Commissioners "Excellence In Building Design and Site Development" award.
