Yellow Cab

THIS IS THE WORSE CAB COMPANY STAY AWAY FROM THEM THE DRIVERS ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY

After delivering a truck to the rock quarry I called to procure a ride from Cabot, AR to the airport Comfort Inn. The dispatcher told me it was a $65 charged, and I replied not a problem. He said a cab would be there in 20 minutes. After 30 minutes I called, said they would call back. After an hour I called back and was told the dispatcher made a mistake as they don't service Cabot, which if you look on the map, one would consider it the greater LR area. Not even a courtesy call from these buffoons.

Compared with the fee, taxi was dirty, unpleasant attitude of all staffs. I won't come back to get their service.

The service I received was absolutely awesome!!! The cab driver was a pleasure to ride with, the cab was clean and comfortable, and the dispatchers were equally as pleasant to deal with. The rates were reasonable and I would not hesitate to tell others to use them for cab service in the future.

This cab service is horrible they overcharged us horribly and then left stranded and when called to go back they kept transfering to different people on the phone, horrible ghetto attitudes and innapropriate customer service, hanging up 3 times when told that was needed back at the address and then did not send no one and when called for the 5th time after they left took around a hour and 20 minutes to arrive. You could hear that some were hi off substances and they was childish laughing and very unorganized, cabs are rough and service sucks honestly!
