Dr. Yee and her staff where more than willing to work with my busy schedule, and when I had some complications after my procedure they were fast to act. Also, when I scheduled my procedure I told them that if any earlier dates opened that I would like to know, that way I had more time to heal over break, and I was contacted twice about earlier dates. Overall, my experience with Dr. Yee and her staff has been amazing. She has a lovely staff, her surgery stations are well-organized, and when you are told something is going to be done, it will be done.

Very easy, quick procedure. Both the procedure and the effects of the MiraDry were almost exactly as described beforehand. 80-90% reduction in perspiration, minimal side effects.

Dr. Yee was extremely thorough in the procedure and even called my husband later in the evening (10 p.m.) to check on my pain level and make sure there were no questions. I did want a little more info before surgery on what to expect as far as results and the amount of bleeding and bruising after surgery.

I suffered a car accident 10 years ago that resulted in reconstructive surgery of my orbital surface in one side using metal plates to secure it. Since then, my face has been misshapen and visibly different on the left side. Lou and her work have helped repair the obvious damage and left by the accident. I could not be more pleased with her help and that of Dr. Yee.
