Sonic Drive-In

This location is the closest to my office so I go often. I do not feel the love!



Everyone in my office loves to get a nice big drink or a shake a couple times a week. Last week when I was there the cash registers were down at 2:45 and I was told that it would be 15 minutes before they could take my order- the end of happy hour!



Today I drove thru and order an unsweetened Ice Tea (along with other things). I know the lines are long during Happy Hour. When I got to the window, I proudly showed them how I recycle-I had saved the to go carrier and brought it back with me so that they would not have to make me one up. As I pulled out I took a sip and dang! I got a mouth full of sugar. I pulled back around and went back thru the drive thru, told them what had happened, they told me to pull up to the window. I was behind 5 cars. When I got to the window again, I laughed, told the guy he would not like to see me go into sugar shock,got my drink and drove off. I got back to my office, took a sip and DANG! They did it again.



I don't think this would have bothered me so bad if when I told them I was returning, they would have made my drink and brought it out to me instead of making me wait in line again. I was gone from my 15 minute break a total of 35 minutes sitting in line for something I could not drink.



I know every kind of business has bad moments- but I have to say about 3 out of 4 times that I go down there, something goes wrong!



I'm sorry guys but if you don't get it together......we will have to go elsewhere and that is a shame because I love Sonic.

This sonic is just about as bad as the rest of the sonics in the little rock area.Unfriendly staff, slow to no service, and extremly dirty.This would be a good place to go to get a disease.
