        Will take advantage of you

        My car broke down. So I had it towed to Parkway.

        They tried to charge me $800 for a new radiator. I called several other places, all of whom assured me that the standard rate is 400-500. I went back in and confronted them, and they said maybe they had made a miscalculation...after some hassling they agreed to do it for 450 - which was surely nice of them to lower their price.

        After I got the car home I popped the hood to discover that the coolant level was low...so I had to take it back for another hr so they could put coolant in it. I could be wrong, but I'm quite certain they made a calculated attempt to overcharge me.

        I would never recommend anyone go to Parkway.
