Baptist Health Eye Center

I was extremely unpleased with the baptist eye center retinopathy center. First of all we had to wait 2 hours after the original appt time, Secondly we asked for our son to have the numbing drops right before they put those metal things in his eyes and they did not obey our wishes, they said we weren't taught that way and we dont think it helps them. Third we had car trouble one day so I called and rescheduled and they called back and said she's gonna go blind if you don't bring her in Thursday and I said he's a boy and she continued calling him a her. I would not recommend anyone to this hell center.I wouldnt even have given them 1 star but it made me.
