The lady handling billing acted very unprofessional! I am on a family plan and we have met our out of pocket deductible. Which means BCBS would have payed 100%. Yet Miss Bridget could not see that I was with the family plan even after I had my insurance company talk her through the online account step by step. She still wanted a fax copy that said it. Tasha with BCBS asked her why cause it says it on the screen. That's when Bridget could not get off the phone fast enough. By saying " You know what we will get back with Mrs. Aaron.". During the whole time dealing with her she was rude. Tasha and I both said that was no way to handle a business. I called my Doctor right away to get another doctor. I would not go to a company that can't read the insurance company. That would just mean that my billing would always be messed up. I have enough to deal with, I don't need unnecessary headaches thank you very much!! I so don't recommend this company!!! I don't know how Dr Banks is but if she allows her employees to have rude and unprofessional behavior what does that say about her. I treated miss Bridget with nothing but kindness and respect and I damn well expected the same from her. It's a shame that you have to be treated that way when you are already stressed out. Hello, that's why we are going to a doctor!!
