A Space Place

The new managers are so friendly. I can say the customer service has been top notch and the price for my storage unit was only $40! The new manager said she started on August 15 - so I guess any of problems they had were resolved. I will keep my stuff here! Awesome!

The owners are absolutely anything but customer friendly. Unfortunately, I lost my key to my padlock i was using on the storage unit. I had been waiting for locksmith to call for a couple hours and meet me there. I arrived at the facility to meet him and informed owner of this. He stated forcefully that he closes at 7:00p, no exceptions. I asked if I could have just a couple mins. to get lock opened. I know,...you have to have rules and a set closing time. Would it be so much trouble to give a paying customer a few extra mins. to keep them happy and retain their business? From this guy's attitude he does not care one way or the other. I'd rather drive clear accross town to store my things than give this guy my money. There are other options as close however.
