I have been coming here for years- everyone is so kind and their service never disappoints!! I refuse to go anywhere else.

Clearly, they were unclear as to what "permanent french" means. She did an acrylic wrap, using crazy glue and dipping my nails in the powder. They aren't the same shape, the white isn't even or straight and I'm embarrassed to be seen with these nails. "Sorry" doesn't pay for this. I even had to go home and clean my fingers because I had powder stuck all over them. Disappointing results from unprofessionals.
