Renaissance Equity Apartments

The building 271 Alden street is filthy, Mount Pleasant Village is a disgrace the hallway needs attention especially the laundry room is dirty and smelly as an old abandoned building.

I took my laundry downstairs this evening and i was greeted with extremely pungent odor and dirty floors i refused to step inside to do my laundry what a shame yet each tanent contribute monthly to keep our environment in decent condition.

this business is very poor at calling tennants back when you leave a message. they are also very poor at making sure the tennants have their issues handled in a timely manner. they will not call tennants to set up a time or to even make sure it is ok with tannants that they come to fix or check anything in the apartment. anytime they need to notify the tennant of anything they do so by putting notification either on the floor in front of your apartment or in a door hanger on your door. not a very professional way of doing things. i would not recoment anyone move into any of their apartment complexes.

This apartments are for real the worst to place to leave in. The appliances are old. And if there is a problem in the apartment with a leak of water coming from the apartment above, they do not fix it right away. You may need to wait for weeks until they move to do anything. The people that handle the office in Little Ferry are nasty on the phone. They are not friendly and do not care about their job. They do not want to make sure you have a good experience living there. They do not care what happens to their tenants. In order to get something done you need to be in a really bad mood so that they undestand probems like that can't wait. Who knows what type of water is the coming from above? IT COULD WELL BE TOILET WATER.
