        WARNING THIEF. Called on Feb. 14 due to stalled vehicle. Immediately insisted problem was alternator. Told him I believed bit was the battery b/c dealership had just installed a new battery. drove me all the way to Riverdale. Test proved alternator was fine! Drove back to vehicle where he noticed battery was too small! And gas started leaking from air intake. Told me he would have car towed and fix leak for $85. Foolishly, I handed over keys. He disappeared with the money and the keys. No work. A background check revealed 3 addresses. When texted, he finally responded with a picture oh him wearing a bulletproof vest. Crackhead ghetto black from Lithonia.

        CALL POLICE--subject met on Feb. 14, 2015. Vehicle stalled due to electrical issue. Subject insisted problem was alternator without examination. Said he would charge $100 for ride to buy and install alternator. Despite warnings, subject witnessed alternator pass tests at auto parts store b/c it was fine. Subject placed his battery in vehicle and car still would not start due to flooding. Subject said he would tow the car and fix it. After he took possession he immediately began ignoring calls and messages. Subject is under Sheriffs Department investigation.
