BGI Waste Services

BGI is charging me $75 for a dry run because some mystery stranger supposedly told them the dumpster wasn't ready after I had made an online request to have it picked up. Rather than call me to verify the change, they just left. When I called to complain about this, I was screamed at, told the dumpster would not be picked up, and hung up on. There is nothing in their terms of service that indicate that a pick up request can be overridden by someone walking past your house or I NEVER would have used them. Unbelievable.

I absolutely loved the service from this company. They got here and did their job quick and smooth. I would recommend their services to anyone.

The employees were all wonderful. The dumpsters were dropped off and picked up smoothly. I will definitely use them again.
