Lithia Springs Pharmacy

I was a customer of Lithia Springs Pharmacy for a very long time. I was a customer when Ron was the the owner. Due to a change of insurance I had to change pharmacy. Lithia Springs Pharmacy decided to kidnap my Rx until all balance were paid either by the insurance or me. I needed my prescription so I had to pay $2200 out of pocket. I told them to not send it to the insurance because the reimbursement would be the $$ owed to me. Well, not only did they file it, now they refuse to return that $$ and are now saying that I still owe them $500 and they want to call it even. I have called three times and went there in person once. The owner refuses to talk to me to explain. This is not the first time they do this to us, however, other times we let it go because it was not a lot of $$.
