Animal Lovers Veterinary Hospital

I started taking my cat to Dr A.in 1993 and he was our kitties vet until we moved to tx in 2001. We would board him there, he and Bob were the best of friends, Dr. A set Smokey's broken leg as well as other minor surgery. He loved going there. Now after 14 years we are finally moving back to GA and I will be taken my cats to Dr. A and his wonderful staff. Even though Smokey has crossed over the Rainbow Bridge I know the three I have now will have excellent care.

My "wolfpack" and I have been coming to see Dr. A for over eight years now and we love it!!! Last year I had to put one of my girls down (18 y.o. Terrier mix) and the care and compassion I received from the entire staff, let me know they cared. I recommend them to any pet owner and will continue to have them as a part of my family.

I have used animal lovers for 11 years.They are always so nice to me and my animals. I would not go anywhere else.The doctor is very compassionate with my animals.I highly recommend them!!!!!

I will respond to the previous response that was placed on here as the following:

1. the client that placed this asked for a written prescription for heartworm preventative, and was told that when he ordered this they would fax us a prescription over. But when at front desk asked to purchase heartworm preventative upon arrival.

2. Our doctor is clearly NOT just interested in $$ when he offers to try over the counter items when he can.

3. our doctor will tell you the truth, even offer you to get a 2nd opinion if desired!

I have taken my pets to Animal Lovers Veterinary Hospital for about 3 years; only for annual vaccinations. Each time, I felt somewhat dismayed when I left. I have always felt that the doctor is more concerned about earning money more than meeting the needs of his patients and clients. As of yesterday, I must say that the doctor is out of touch with modern day trends for how pet medicines can be obtained and he lies just to get you to purchase from him. Yesterday was the final time that my pets and I will ever visit this place! Animal Lovers Veterinary Hospital is history for us!!!!!!!

I have been going to Animal Lovers for almost 10 years & I love them. They always greet me when I walk in & pet my babies. Everyone I have met there has been so nice to me. I love the fact that everytime I go, I see the same doctor and the same people.

I have not had a good experience with "Animal Lovers". They have lost their care for pets and their owners. After multiple test on my cat was done, I've yet to hear from the results. I call daily and I am just a bother to them. My cat also came home with a opened wound on his chest and his leg and can not walk due to this injury. I wish I could hear his experience with Animal Lovers!
