Great Clips

My husband and I took our 2 year old for a bang cut there. The woman at the front told us she would be with us in a minute when we walked in. No hello, how are you. Our little boy is very nervous about haircuts so we were trying to keep him entertained. We had him sit on my husband's lap at first and then we had him sit on mine. He screamed and the woman said to him" Oh no don't scream that hurts my ears" After he was done my husband proceeded to get his haircut and the whole time this woman kept making remarks like" see? your dad doesn't scream" and "I'm glad he's cool and collected now" My husband and I decided not to make a big deal out of it for our little boy's sake but we were so angry at having this grown woman be so mean to him. Shame on her!!!! She should not be working at a family haircut place if she can't deal with a 2 year old afraid of haircuts. I don't know her name but she is a dark haired, heavyset lady. Needless to say we will not be going back.
